Prepare an undelegation transaction

Prepare an unsigned transaction to complete exit from staking and get deposit back.

Important Notes:
• Withdraws all rewards + deregisters stake key + stops delegation
• Returns 2 ADA key deposit
• This is permanent - you'll need to register again to delegate
• Must have sufficient ADA for fees in payment address

Blockfrost Project ID:
Can be provided either in the request body or as a query parameter blockfrostProjectId.

Must be a valid Cardano stake address starting with 'addr1'
