Query the delegation status of a BTC staking transaction on the Babylon network using the bitcoinStakingTxId returned from pre-delegate.

Possible States:

NOT_FOUND — Delegation not yet visible on the Babylon staking API
PENDING — Delegation submitted, awaiting covenant signatures
VERIFIED — Covenant signatures received, delegation verified
ACTIVE — Delegation is active and earning rewards
